Can I cancel an Experience?

You can cancel your Experience once the BiniGuide has accepted your request. However, to be fully refunded you need to cancel your Experience no later than 7 days (in the timezone of the BiniGuide) before the Experience. If you booked an experiences which is “UPCOMING” in your city, you can cancel the booking no later than 24 hours before the Experience.

Important: The refunded amount may be deducted by any non-recoverable upfront expenses made by the BiniGuide during the preparation of the Experience.

Will a cancelled Experience be refunded?

To receive a full refund you need to cancel your Experience no later than 7 days (in the timezone of the BiniGuide) before the Experience. If you booked an experiences which is “UPCOMING” in your city, you can cancel the booking no later than 24 hours before the Experience.

The refunded amount may be deducted by any non-recoverable upfront expenses made by the BiniGuide during the preparation of the Experience. If you cancel your Experience less than 7 days or an UPCOMING Experience less than 24 hours in advance, you are not eligible for a refund.

How can I cancel my Experience?

You can cancel your Experience by clicking MANAGE BOOKING in your confirmation email.
You may also email with us at hello@localbini.com with the same email that you triggered your booking, or call us at +41 71 508 70 53, providing a reason for the cancellation. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00am until 6:00pm Zurich time.

Can I amend or make changes to my Upcoming Experience?

If you want to change the number of Guests participating in the Experience, the difference in cost must be covered by the rest of the participants.
If you wish to change the time of your Experience, you may do so without any extra charges. Any change to the time or date of the Experience is to be arranged directly with the BiniGuide, and is dependent upon their availability. If the BiniGuide is not available for any time or date, you have to cancel the booking.
Any changes made to your booking must be sent to hello@localbini.com.

Refund Policy

If you booked an experiences which is “UPCOMING” in your city, you need to cancel the booking no later than 24 hours before the Experience to receive a full refund.

If you cancel the Experience less than 7 days or 24 hours for the UPCOMING Experiences in advance, you are not eligible for a refund.

In the case that the BiniGuide has already made non-recoverable upfront costs, such as tickets or transportation costs, in preparation for the Experience, upon providing proof of payment, the Guest is obliged to reimburse the BiniGuide. Therefore, the refund amount is to be deducted by such non-recoverable upfront costs.

For BiniGuides

For the time being, BiniGuides cannot cancel an Experience. In case of an emergency, please directly contact your Guest and email us at support@localbini.com or call us at +41 71 508 70 53.

If the Guest(s) requested an amendment to the booking (eg. change of date/time or number of people), please notify us through email.

FOR HOTELS/TRAVEL AGENTS

CAN I CANCEL A BOOKING?

You can cancel the booking once the BiniGuide has accepted the request up until 7 days (in the timezone of the BiniGuide) before the Experience. If you booked an experiences which is “UPCOMING” in your city, you can cancel the booking no later than 1 hour before the Experience.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

This clause applies in the case that an Experience needs to be cancelled or amended due to unforeseeable and/or external circumstances (i.e. earthquake, strike).

If the time or date of the Experience has to be changed the BiniGuide must make the necessary arrangements directly with the Guest(s) and then inform us at hello@localbini.com or call us at +41 71 508 70 53.

If there is no alternative to the Experience being cancelled the transaction will be annulled and no payment will be taken. LocalBini reserves the right to determine when there is no alternative to cancelling an Experience.
