Alongside my practice of the martial arts, I have been practising Zen meditation for inner peace. To me, meditation is not a religious practice and does not involve anything mystic or spiritual. It is simply about getting in touch with yourself and connecting your mind and body.
Each session lasts 45 minutes, including a short talk on the topic of Zen meditation.
We can meditate at a venue of your choosing or I can take you to my own favourite spots for meditation.
